Fill out the session form to get things underway. I’ll reach out within 1-2 business days to discuss details and availability. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to email me here.

Details
Once we finalize a date, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for you to review. After signing the contract and making the deposit, you’ll receive a calendar invite to officially reserve your date.

Whether we chat via call or messages, let’s dive into the specifics. Share your hopes and dreams, any inspiration you have, location ideas, and your ideal timeline.

Delivery
After your session, you can expect your digital gallery to be ready in 2-3 weeks for lifestyle and branding sessions, and 6-8 weeks for weddings and elopements.

The collection of photographs will be ready for you to view 2-3 weeks after a lifestyle or studio session, and 6-8 weeks after a wedding. Each image is individually edited by Natalie with great care, not something to be rushed.

No. The purpose of the deposit is to hold your date until the day of your session. After a retainer is paid in full, the date is not available to be booked by anyone else. If you choose to cancel your date for any reason, or decide to forgo services with me, the deposit will be forfeited. The amount of the deposit is applied to the final end balance for sessions paid in full, in addition to any applicable taxes.

Nope! I don't send any un-edited/raw files. Most of the magic happens during the editing process, so without that step your photos are only halfway done!

My second shooter varies between a couple of different professional wedding photographers in the Northern CA area I always work with others who have a similar style to me, and I never “hire” anyone I wouldn’t trust with my own wedding. The photos from the second are always passed to me to edit and deliver to clients — so I touch every single one of the photos with my own post processing. I think having two shooters is a wonderful investment and extremely helpful in times when where the bride and groom are getting ready in two separate areas, getting two angles walking down the aisle, extra coverage during the reception, etc. and especially in cases of large weddings.
